The development team at AESTAR was tasked with creating innovative virtual reality functionality that would help improve productivity and efficiency for managers and employees. This separate location in the metaverse is Boss Assistant.

The VR technology in this project enables an immersive work environment in the metaverse where employees can interact with the assistant in real time using voice commands, gestures and a visual interface. VR also provides easier access to tools and applications, enables data visualization, and creates collaborative spaces for communication and teamwork.

The realization of the Boss Assistant project went through several phases:

The AESTAR team thoroughly studied the client’s requirements and analyzed existing workflows to determine the required functionality of Boss Assistant.
a detailed plan was developed to create Boss Assistant functionality, including virtual workplace development, time management automation, task organization and project planning, speech recognition and analysis, voice and text chat, analytics and reporting.
The AESTAR team developed and integrated each Boss Assistant functionality into the metaverse using the Unity VR platform and state-of-the-art speech recognition and text analytics technologies.
All Boss Assistant functionality was thoroughly tested for compliance and performance. The AESTAR team undertook an iterative process of optimization and enhancements to ensure that Boss Assistant is stable and high-performing.

From a technical point of view, Boss Assistant has provided a number of significant results:

Creation of a virtual workplace with easy access to tools and applications.
Automated time and productivity tracking.
Task organization and project planning.
Speech recognition and analysis to automatically create notes and documentation.
Voice and text chat for communication and business communication.
Analytics and reporting to measure productivity and performance.

From a marketing perspective, Boss Assistant provides the following benefits to the company:
