The challenge for the team was to design and implement a Meeting Room location in the metaverse for effective and efficient business meetings between remote participants. In other words, to create an environment as close to a real office space as possible, where participants could interact, exchange information and show various materials such as charts, videos, pdf files and flowcharts.
Virtual reality (VR) technologies play a key role in creating the Meeting Room, providing an immersive and realistic meeting experience. Without VR, this project would be difficult to pull off because it requires remote participants to interact with each other visually and audibly. VR allows users to sit down at the meeting table as customized avatars, communicate via webcam, and display and visualize various graphics and illustrations to more effectively share information and ideas.
The AESTAR team successfully designed and implemented the Meeting Room in the metaverse, providing users with comfortable and productive business meetings using VR technologies. The customer has received an innovative solution for organizing remote business meetings in the metaverse, which allows them to effectively interact with clients and partners without reference to their geographical location.
Ten specialists, including developers, designers, testers and project managers worked on the project. The application is available for use on PC and Oculus Quest, providing a wide user reach.
As a result, Meeting Room in the metaverse provides the customer with a modern and efficient solution for remote business meetings. VR technology allows users to have a more realistic and productive meeting experience, making a significant contribution to improving communication and reducing costs.
