We’re excited to present our new project – Leadership Bow, a unique VR simulator developed for Future Modon Academy to cultivate leadership skills through an engaging and educational experience.
Leadership Bow is an innovative training game that immerses users in a world where learning becomes an exciting adventure. The player, acting as a rider, embarks on a virtual journey through wild landscapes. Along the way, they face various challenges requiring decisions and answers to leadership-related questions. These choices determine the final outcome, helping users better understand and develop their management skills.
The project was developed using Unity, enabling us to create realistic graphics and smooth animations for a deeply immersive VR experience. We integrated motion physics and interactive mechanics that make the learning process both natural and captivating.
