To create an accurate 3D model of the training center building, including its interior spaces, for use in presentations, virtual tours, or VR integration.
Technologies used:
The project aimed to digitally recreate a real-world location — a training center in the city of Chiari. The client provided floor plans, photos, and videos of the space. Based on these materials, a highly accurate 3D model with photorealistic styling was developed.
Our team focused on preserving proportions, architectural features, furniture placement, color palettes, and textures. Particular attention was paid to ensuring that all elements reflected the real-world space to deliver a realistic and immersive visual experience.
The resulting 3D twin can be used both internally by the educational institution and for external communication — including virtual tours for prospective students, promotional content, or infrastructure presentations to partners.
