We were approached by representatives of ProGlove, a company specializing in optimizing warehouse efficiency, to create a solution for clearly demonstrating their product’s features.

Our team developed AR overlays integrated into the camera video stream, providing dynamic real-time visualization of the product’s key features.

Technologies used:

MediaPipe — for detecting people in the video stream.
Tauri — for converting the web application into an installable app for PCs or smartphones.

Key demonstration features:

Heatmap of shelves
AR overlays displayed a heatmap on the shelves, showing the frequency of access to each box. Data was received in real time via WebSocket from the client’s server.
Movement trajectory visualization
The system tracked human movements in the frame and visualized their paths using AR effects.
Distance between people
The overlay detected the distance between people in the frame and signaled when they were within critical proximity.

Result:

The developed solution provided the company with an effective tool for showcasing their products at exhibitions. Intuitive visualization of functions and interactivity helped attract new clients and partners while emphasizing the product’s innovative nature.
